In 2025, The Mettle & Moxie Collective took a powerful step forward with the inaugural Courageous Action: Do It Scared Conference. What started as a vision became a room filled with 80 attendees committed to honesty, and a willingness to be transparent through laughter, tears, and meaningful dialogue. The conference created space for the community to engage in the kinds of conversations we often avoid but desperately need.

The impact was immediate and lasting. Attendees left with deeper connections, renewed clarity, and a sense of belonging that extended beyond the event itself. Courageous Action was not about perfection or performance, it was about presence and affirmed that when people feel safe enough to tell the truth, real change begins. That first conference set the tone for what The Mettle & Moxie Collective stands for: courageous conversations, intentional community, and collective growth.
