The Mettle & Moxie Collective

The Mettle & Moxie Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created through lived experiences that included moments of courage and fear, healing, and growth that required both honesty and community. It grew out of a deep belief that we are not meant to navigate life’s hardest seasons alone and that real transformation happens when we hold space for vulnerability and connection.

What began as conversations, first in prayer, then through Yeah…But Are You Listening???, naturally evolved into something larger. The Mettle & Moxie Collective was created to hold those conversations more intentionally, to gather people who are willing to show up, listen deeply, and do the hard work of growing. It is rooted in the understanding that strength and softness can coexist, and that courage often shows up when we feel least ready but is most necessary.

This Collective exists to normalize hard conversations about identity, leadership, healing, purpose, and growth, and to remind us that choosing courage doesn’t require having all the answers. It simply requires showing up. At its core, the Collective is about connection: building relationships rooted in trust, transparency and community.

Looking Ahead to the Next Three Years

Over the next three years, The Mettle & Moxie Collective will continue to grow, creating more spaces for connection, education, and impact. My goal is to increase our reach through community events and create more opportunities for people to engage in honest dialogue, intentional networking and shared learning.

This growth includes annual conferences, curated conversations, collaborative partnerships, and spaces designed to support both personal and collective transformation. As the M&M Collective evolves, its foundation will remain the same, creating environments where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward even when it’s uncomfortable.
